Mr. Pontones has more than fifteen years of experience as an environmental counsel, specializing in environmental audit, environmental impact and risk filings, forestry change of soil use, air emissions, natural protected zones and waste handling.


In addition, he has experience in water concessions and transfers filings, Federal Maritime Zones, concessions to exploit ports, terminals and marinas, and licenses for maritime constructions.
